Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

What should I expect from my first session?

Your inital visit we will spend getting to know each other. It is very important that your therapist and yourself understand what you are looking for support with.  We will review your health and medical history, which includes illnesses, injuries, and allergies., You do not need to “bare your soul” to her, but you should let her know the kind of relief you are asking and whether you are on medications or not.

After the chat, we will decide on the best form of treatment you will receive based on your initial conversation or from the form you are asked to fill out. She will then discuss to you what the treatment she feels that is best suited for you.

How will I feel after experiencing aromatherapy?

Everyone is different. This is why we offer a personalized wellness scan to review which essential oils your body would benefit from.

At the very least, coming away from an aromatherapy session, you can expect to feel more relaxed than you were before the session. The essential oils used in our sessions do have a frequency that will help soothe achy muscles, minds and spirits.

Aromatherapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of holistic therapy you will most likely thoroughly enjoy.

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

Essential Oils are very volatile compounds that have many benefits to ailments of any type. For centuries these essential oils have been studied by many physicians and scientists to provide proof of the effectiveness of each.   Based on our clients, essential oils can help you to cope by reducing symptoms such as pain, stress and anxiety.

Do you diagnose?

As a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, we never diagnose. With aromatherapy we are not trying to replace
medical attention, just to compliment it.
