Service Description
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands). Reflexology is generally relaxing and can help alleviate stress and other health concerns. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the hand correspond to organs and systems of the body. First session, we complete a thorough client intake before the session for the first 15 minutes. Subsequent Sessions are 30 minutes in full. As I’ll then being systematically working on the reflex points on your hands, making notes as I go to share with you after our session.
