Cedars Wellness was established in Toronto, ON back in 2018. As  the last few years have shown , lives changed and it was during the pandemic, when we decided to bring the  clinic to the beautiful community of Marmora & Lake. It was within these natural surroundings that I felt the frequency of the earth can be made to feel very grounded. It was that feeling of being GROUNDED indeed that opened my heart. Health and Wellness and the community of Marmora & Lake felt like the perfect fit!
